Extensions in CT9
More space, designed and built around your home
Margate homes range from grand seafront townhouses to compact terraces, and each needs a different approach to extending. Palms Build.Co designs and builds extensions that work with your property and the way you live — opening up a kitchen-diner, adding a downstairs WC, or creating a whole new floor. We cover the full CT9 area, including Westbrook, Garlinge and Palm Bay.
What we build
Types of extension we build in Margate
Whatever you have in mind, we design and build it as a single, fully managed project.
Single-storey extensions
Rear and side extensions that open up kitchens and living spaces and connect your home to the garden.
Double-storey extensions
Add bedrooms, bathrooms and living space above and below in one efficient, value-adding build.
Kitchen extensions
Bright, open-plan kitchen-diners with bi-fold doors, roof lights and a finish built to last.
Garden rooms & studios
Detached, fully insulated outdoor rooms for working, relaxing or guests — built year-round.
Garage conversions
Turn an unused garage into a bedroom, office or living space with insulation, glazing and finishes to match the house.
Timber cladding & rendering
Black, charred or feather-edge timber cladding and render finishes that tie a new extension into the house.
Your local builder
Why Margate homeowners choose Palms Build.Co
Being local to Margate means we understand the housing stock here — the older brickwork, the coastal exposure, the tight side accesses on terraced streets. We plan around all of it, keeping disruption to a minimum and your home weather-tight throughout. One team, one quote, and a finish that adds real value to your property.
We also cover Garlinge, Westbrook and Palm Bay and the wider Thanet area.
